Reminder: from 31 October, the FTA ePortal requires an AGOV login

On 6 October 2025, the Federal Council announced that from 31 October 2026, registration and login to the Federal Tax Administration's ePortal will only be possible via AGOV, the new government login. The previous CH-Login option will be switched off at the end of 2027.

The «VAT return easy» service has already been discontinued since May 2026. Returns are now only filed with «VAT return pro». To use it, you register once with AGOV in the ePortal service «myESTV».
