2. Principle
You can use this website without an account and without signing up. We do not use cookies or advertising trackers. We only process the data needed to run the site and for your reviews.
3. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. When a page is accessed, technically necessary data is processed, for example IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type. This data is used to run the site securely.

4. Visitor statistics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are visited and how often. It works without cookies. We only see aggregated figures and cannot recognise individual visitors.
We count clicks on the buttons to providers per provider and month. We only store the number, no IP address and no other details about you.
5. Reviews
When you review software, we store stars, title, text, name, optionally role and number of employees, and your email address. Only stars, title, text, name, role and number of employees are published. We only need the email address for follow-up questions. It is never published or passed on to providers.
To prevent spam, we count how many reviews are submitted per IP address within an hour. For this we only store an encrypted value (hash), not the IP address itself. Marking a review as «helpful» is handled the same way: the hash of IP address and review is stored for 30 days so that each vote only counts once.
We store reviews with Upstash, Inc. (USA) on servers in the EU (Frankfurt). Published reviews remain online until you ask for them to be deleted. Rejected reviews are deleted after 12 months.
6. Links to providers
When you click «Visit provider», we count the click (which provider, from which page) without recording you personally. We then forward you to the provider's website. The link contains a note that you came from us.
On the provider's website, its privacy policy applies. The provider may set cookies there, for example to attribute a commission to us.
7. Your rights
You can request information about your data at any time, have it corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Write to us at the address above.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
8. Changes
We update this privacy policy when our website or the law changes. The version published here applies.
