SwissSalary shows its plans: more automation and AI in payroll
The payroll software publishes its 2026+ roadmap, from Swissdec updates to an AI payroll assistant.
In the short term, SwissSalary will bring more flexible rules with preview, better withholding tax calculation and a new full-text search, among other things. Later, digital EO reporting via Swissdec and new certifications (ELM 6.0) are to follow.
In the long term, the provider plans AI assistants, including a «Payroll Agent» that prioritises tasks and suggests next steps. SwissSalary stresses that the roadmap is an outlook and may change.
