bexio: new subscription plans and a digital document archive
Since March, the plans are called Advanced, Optima and Ultimate. Receipts can now be archived in bexio in a legally compliant way.
On 1 March 2026, bexio introduced new plans: Advanced, Optima and Ultimate. According to a competitor, existing Starter customers will be moved to the more expensive Advanced plan at their next renewal. You can find exact prices on bexio's website.
At the same time, there is a document archive: receipts are kept for 10 years, with a timestamp against later changes and full-text search. It is included in Optima and Ultimate. In February, bexio also reported more than 100,000 customers.
